The check-in counter was located in a different building from the actual accommodation, which was confusing. I arrived after 3 PM but there was no check-in staff, so I had to wait a long time.

Check the arrival of the key card in advance during check-in, and since elevator use is difficult, it is advisable to choose a room with light luggage or one that can use the stairs
