Don't go
Had to wait at check-in because a woman was sleeping in the lobby. Air conditioning temperature didn't match between the hallway and my room, causing discomfort.

Time your arrival after 3 PM for check-in; luggage can be stored at the hotel, but due to very poor hygiene, not recommended at all
