Be careful

- 2The facilities are rather old
- 1The seats are cramped
- 1It's too small for idol events or concerts
Even so
- There are no major issues for watching a performance
- As an indoor rink, it can be used regardless of the weather
- Free parking is available
- Its location is good, surrounded by parks and greenery
For concerts and events, keep in mind that the seats are narrow and the venue is small. The smoke and older facilities may be bothersome, and since it's indoors, skating is less affected by the weather.
