Be careful
If it’s not lavender season, there’s almost nothing to see. It tends to be crowded with lots of tour buses.

Even so
- The flower fields and lavender views are wide and beautiful
- There are many other flowers, and the garden is well maintained
- The lavender and melon ice cream are said to be tasty
Check the bloom period around July before going. In the off-season, there may be very little lavender. Try to avoid peak crowd times, and keep in mind that the ice cream is a matter of taste and may feel pricey.
