Be careful
The 3pm tea time food included a scary rabbit costume that made children cry, causing discomfort for families with kids. The shared pool water was too cold to enjoy.

- 1Elements Spa massages were very expensive (aromatherapy full body 60min 3,300,000 VND / stone massage full body 60min 3,500,000 VND), and there weren't many masseuses so we had to wait

- The resort grounds are spacious and we could call a free buggy (electric cart) anytime to get around
- Room service was quite thoughtful compared to Premier Village, especially the burgers and fries tasted great
- Requests made through their app were handled immediately
- The Three Bedroom Villa with Private Pool - Beach Front was directly connected to the beach in front
When booking, make sure to confirm it's the Three Bedroom Villa with Private Pool - Beach Front. It's easy to confuse with similarly named lake view rooms.
