Don't go
During breakfast hours, calling for a buggy took so long that walking was faster. Pool water quality wasn't managed well; it seems they don't replace the water daily.

- The landscaping was beautiful, so I could enjoy it indoors even on rainy days.
- The private pool was spacious and perfect for kids' naps and adults' play, very relaxing.
- The breakfast coffee was high quality and made by a barista, which was soothing.
- The Premium Pool Villa room was spacious with a private pool, great for playing in the water with kids.
Allow plenty of time for check-in during peak season, and families with children should reserve a bed guard in advance. Check whether you can tolerate the open bathroom.
