Be careful
Some say dinner was a little disappointing compared with expectations. At the buffet, dish collection was slow and there weren’t enough staff, which was inconvenient.

Even so
- Reviews repeatedly mention that the staff are very friendly
- The location is excellent, near the ferry terminal
- Guests are very satisfied with the facilities, including the large public bath, lounge, and free drinks/ice cream
- The rooms and common areas are clean, and the ryokan atmosphere is nice
For an overnight stay on Miyajima, the location and service are highly rated, but it’s better to keep your expectations a little lower for dinner.
