Be careful
The service is a bit chaotic, and you have to ask separately for water and a basket. There’s not always a wait, but even though it’s a bit out of the way compared with the main tourist-area branches, you may still have to line up at peak times.

- The Hiroshima okonomiyaki tastes great, and the oyster, cheese, and spicy sauce combinations are satisfying.
- The portions are large enough for a full meal.
- There are many tables, so you usually don’t have to wait long.
- You can watch it being cooked right on the griddle.
If you avoid peak hours, the wait is minimal, and adding spicy sauce or oyster toppings makes it even better.
