개인정보처리방침 이 방침은 don't go there Android 앱에 적용됩니다. 계정, 광고, 결제, 광고 식별자, 위치 권한을 사용하지 않으며 이 버전에서는 댓글 작성과 열람을 제공하지 않습니다. GPS 또는 실시간 단말 위치, 주민등록번호 등 고유식별정보, 건강·종교·정치성향 등 민감정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
장소 요청은 dontgothere.space로 전송됩니다. 서버는 요청한 장소·도시·언어와 IP 주소, 요청 시각 등 통신 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 검색어 필터링은 기기에서 수행합니다. 지도는 OpenFreeMap, 이미지는 DigitalOcean Spaces 싱가포르 리전을 포함한 각 이미지 제공 서버에서 내려받으므로 해당 서버에도 IP 주소와 요청 정보가 전달됩니다. 지도 화면 범위는 요청 타일에 반영될 수 있지만 GPS 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.
데이터는 콘텐츠 제공, 서비스 운영과 보안에 사용됩니다. 서버 접속 로그는 최대 15일 보관합니다. 지원 이메일을 보내면 이메일 주소와 메시지를 받고, 문의·분쟁 처리 완료 후 3년 보관합니다. 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 또는 개인정보 문의는 report@dontgothere.space로 요청하세요. 날짜·시간·기기 또는 IP 등 기록을 찾는 데 필요한 정보를 알려주셔야 할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 보호 및 고충처리 창구는 report@dontgothere.space이며 이메일로만 접수합니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 Android 앱 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 외부 지도·이미지 제공자와 이메일 앱에는 각자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
Privacy policy This policy applies to the don't go there Android app. This version has no accounts, advertising, purchases, advertising ID, location permission, or visitor comment browsing/posting. It does not collect GPS or real-time device location, government identifiers, or statutory sensitive information such as health, religion, or political views.
Place requests go to dontgothere.space. Servers may process the requested place, city, language, IP address, request time and technical request information. Search filtering takes place on your device. OpenFreeMap delivers map tiles, and image providers including DigitalOcean Spaces Singapore deliver images; these servers receive your IP address and request information. Requested map tiles can reveal the viewed map area, but the app does not collect GPS location.
This information is used to deliver content, operate and secure the service. Server access logs are retained for up to 15 days. If you email support, we receive your email address and message and retain it for three years after the case closes. Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or ask a privacy question at report@dontgothere.space. To help locate access records, include the relevant date, time, device, or IP address if known. The privacy and complaint-handling channel is report@dontgothere.space and accepts email only. Clear device data through Android app settings. External map, image, and email providers apply their own privacy policies.
Information and corrections Review-based and AI-generated summaries may contain errors. Labels describe reported travel experiences, not official safety assessments. Send inaccurate, harmful or rights-infringing content reports with the place identifier to report@dontgothere.space.
데이터 삭제 요청 / Request data deletion
don't go there Android 앱은 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 서비스가 처리한 데이터 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 이메일 링크로 제목에 “Android 데이터 삭제 요청”을 적어 보내주세요. 지원 문의 이메일을 삭제하려면 문의에 사용한 이메일 주소로 요청하세요. 접속 기록은 이용 날짜·시간과 해당 IP 주소 등 기록을 찾는 데 필요한 정보를 알려주세요. 비밀번호나 신분증은 보내지 마세요. 익명 접속 기록을 특정할 수 없는 경우 추가 설명이 필요할 수 있습니다.
삭제 요청 대상은 지원 이메일 주소·메시지와 식별 가능한 서비스 접속 기록입니다. 서버 nginx 접속 로그는 일 단위로 순환하며 현재 로그와 이전 로그 14개를 합쳐 최대 15일 보관합니다. 법적 보존 또는 보안상 필요한 정보는 해당 사유와 보존 범위를 확인하여 안내합니다. 외부 지도·이미지 제공자의 기록은 각 제공자의 방침이 적용됩니다. 기기의 언어 설정과 캐시는 Android 설정 → 앱 → don't go there → 저장공간에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
The Android app has no user accounts. Email the link below with the subject “Android data deletion request”. For support email deletion, write from the address used for the original request. To help locate service access records, include the date, time and relevant IP address if known. Do not send passwords or identity documents. Anonymous access records may require clarification before they can be located.
You may request deletion of support email addresses and messages and identifiable service access records. Nginx access logs rotate daily and retain the current log plus 14 previous logs, for up to 15 days. If legal or security needs require retention, we will explain the relevant reason and scope when handling the request. External map and image providers apply their own policies to their records. Delete local preferences and caches in Android Settings → Apps → don't go there → Storage.
